Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Oak & Pine Digital provides website design, branding, SEO, digital marketing, hosting, maintenance, and related professional services as described in individual proposals or service agreements.

2. Proposals & Acceptance

A project begins only after the client approves a written proposal and pays the required deposit.

3. Payments

• One-time projects: 50% deposit upfront; remaining balance due before final delivery or website launch.
• Monthly services: Billed in advance each month.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing required content, feedback, approvals, and access credentials in a timely manner.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final approved deliverables, excluding third-party software, fonts, stock assets, and tools licensed to the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oak & Pine Digital’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Cancellation

Monthly services may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice. Fees for work already performed are non-refundable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
